Rasmussen College is a for-profit institution that was founded in 1900. It has a total of 17 campuses that are located in Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, North Dakota, in addition to one online degree campus. The flagship school was located in St. Paul, Minnesota and opened its doors on September 1, 1900. The university's current student enrollment is at 12,000 and they have had a total of over 100,000 graduates obtain their degrees.
Programs
Rasmussen College offers associate and bachelor degrees, as well as certificates and diplomas. Online classes have been offered since 2002. The online degrees that are available include studies in health, criminal justice, business, IT and design, and education fields. Admissions
To apply as a student, applications must fill out an application form, pay the applicable application fee, provide proof of high school graduation and college placement exam results. Foreign students must have a passing score on the TOEFL exam.
Tuition & Financial Aid
The school tuition starts at $200 per credit hour and it includes the cost of textbooks, computer software and course materials. The school offers several financial aid packages and scholarships to help with tuition costs. The financial aid advisors will guide you through the process so that you can obtain the maximum aid that you can receive.
